ABOUT US

Donovin Darius Enterprises and The Donovin Darius Foundation are passionate about helping each and every one of the individuals and groups they touch to realize their full potential. In turn, every event and program produced by Donovin’s organizations fulfill this mission through the facilitation of football clinics, life skills camps, family fitness expos, team building workshops, and motivational speaking engagements.

At Donovin Darius Training clinics for youth and coaches, football is both a focal point and a vehicle to emphasize a more significant, overarching dedication to a mind-body-spirit philosophy.

Comprehension and skill certainly make any professional athlete an expert in their field. What sets Donovin Darius apart however, is the combination of his abilities to both translate complex concepts and to truly connect with an audience, regardless of who is in it.

Benefiting the entire Jacksonville area, but with an emphasis on our at-risk youth and underserved communities, Donovin Darius Life Skills Workshops and Family Celebration Expos empower attendees to pursue individual excellence, honor family and actively participate in their own long-term success.

SPEAKING

Comprehension and skill certainly make any professional athlete an expert in their field. What sets Donovin Darius apart however, is the combination of his abilities to both translate complex concepts and to truly connect with an audience, regardless of who is in it. Likewise, team-building workshops apply football fundamentals as a means of guiding businesses and organizations to collaborate better, and succeed together.

OUR TEAM

Donovin Darius

Founder

Donovin Darius is passionate about helping individuals reach their full potential. He fulfills this mission through the facilitation of football clinics, life skills camps, family fitness expos, team building workshops, and motivational speaking engagements.

A New Jersey native, Donovin graduated and began his football career at Syracuse University. From there, Darius continued to sharpen his strong safety skills as a defensive force playing for the Jacksonville Jaguars in 1998 when he was drafted #25. In 2019, Donovin Darius was ranked as No. 16 in the All-25 series for Best Jaguar Players. Retiring in 2011 after playing nine seasons for the Jaguars, Donovin transitioned into investing in the lives of others through Donovin Darius Enterprises and Donovin Darius Foundation.

In both his business and philanthropic endeavors, Donovin is passionate about inspiring and helping others become the best version of themselves. When Donovin is not empowering others, you can find him enjoying family time with his wife, Alysson and four kids, reading, relaxing at the beach, or fishing.

Lucretia D Darius

After volunteering with Donovin Darius Foundation for several years and falling in love with the heart of the Foundation, Lucretia began a new role within the Foundation in 2019. As the Executive Director, her main goal is to lead the way to execute Donovin's heart and vision for the Foundation.

With more than 20 years of experience in the nonprofit sector—she worked with several organizations that primarily served families and children.
Lucretia is dedicated to providing solutions that meet an organization's needs while fostering an environment for community-minded individuals to best use their talents and skills. Her daily motivation is knowing that her efforts are making a difference in the lives of people or helping to alleviate a community need.

Lucretia and her husband, Eugene, host outreach events to benefit the homeless and underserved communities; together, they have been collaborating with their family and friends since 2007. In her leisure time, Lucretia enjoys spending time with her husband and three children, eating Mexican food, listening to jazz, reading a captivating book, or watching the Food Network.
